What's your typical turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks after you approve the proof. Timing depends on the products, decoration method, and quantity. Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front and we'll confirm whether we can hit it. Rush options are often available.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the decoration method. Embroidery and DTF work well for small runs (as few as a dozen pieces), and larger quantities bring the per-piece price down. Tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best fit.
How do I choose between embroidery, DTF, and sublimation?
It comes down to your fabric, design, and quantity. Embroidery is durable and premium, great for polos, caps, and jackets. DTF gives full-color, soft-hand transfers on almost any fabric, from small runs up. Sublimation is for all-over, fade-proof prints on performance polyester. We'll recommend the right method for your project, and since we don't outsource, the advice is honest.
What artwork or file formats do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are ideal, especially for embroidery. High-resolution PNGs work for many DTF and sublimation jobs. Don't have print-ready art? Send what you have and we can often clean it up or recreate it.
Do I get to see a proof before you produce anything?
Always. Every order starts with a digital proof you approve before we make a thing. No surprises. What you approve is what you get.
Can I reorder the same items later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order details on file, so reorders are quick and consistent with your original run. Just let us know what you'd like to repeat.
What products can you decorate?
